For a couple of days everybody in the company has been talking about one thing, and many of us don’t ever seem to take off their headphones. At last we have a song that will be the main music theme for our film Olive Green! Some say it sounds like something out of a James Bond film. Others speculate it’s a reference to the Bonnie and Clyde song by Brigitte Bardot and Serge Gainsbourg. We are curious what the course users and the film audience will think.
The lyrics were written by brothers Jacek and Sebastian Winkiel, who are famous on the Poznan jazz scene. Another contributor to the lyrics was John James, a Nigerian who also sings the male parts of the song. The hypnotic alto of the female parts belongs to Kasia K8 Rościńska, a singer-songwriter and an English graduate who has also worked with such artists as Kayah, Kasia Wilk, Stan Borys, AudioFeels, and Peja. Enjoy it!
